Weight, is a big problem now a days.
People who want to loose weight, always find different ways to loose weight. I myself, find different ways to loose weight. I need to manage my weight. I am kinda fit, as you might know, and I exercise as much as i can and play different sports. I thought drinking protein shakes and muscle milk, but I
was wrong. When I read this article, I realized I could try other things to try
and loose weigh.

I do a lot of exercise. Basketball has helped me loose weight because we run a lot during practice. Also during the summer, caddying helps because i am outside walking for four hours. However, I am a person who is very active daily. I'm not looking at a TV screen or a computer, i am at the gym either playing basketball or working out. Yeah I know i have to watch out that i don't over exercise, but at least I'm loosing weight. being active is not hard for me, but eating veggies has been a huge problem. I have a lot of fruits every day, but i never eat vegetables. I never ate veggies in my entire life. During the summer i eat a lot of junk food but, i feel guilty afterwards so i go to the gym and loose all the calories i ate. There's a lot of different ways to loose weight.
